Right of withdrawal
(1) If you are a consumer (i.e. an invividual person, whos order is placed neither for commercial nor self-employed reasons, you have - within legal measures - the right to withdraw your order.
(2) If you make use of this right, you have to pay for the regular shipping costs.

You have the right, to withdraw this contract within 14 days without indication of reasons.The period of this withdrawal is 14 days from the very day you or someone who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the good.
To perform your right of withdrawal, you have to inform us, Brand Affairs International GmbH, Unterer Wingertweg 39, 75177 Pforzheim, telephone 07231 5857015, fax 07321 5857014 about your will to withdraw the contract (e.g. via a letter sent via mail, telefax or e-mail). To ensure you withdraw within the 14 day period it is enough if the message was sent within this period.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you withdraw the contract, we have to refund all payments sent to us from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs, occuring because you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest one offered by us), within 14 days beginning on the day your message of withdrawal has reached our office. For this refund we use the same paying method you chose for the original transaction, except a different method was agreed on explicitly; in no case any fee will be requested. We have the right to hold back the refund until we have received the original goods or you have proven that you sent them back, whatever the earliest point in time may be.
In any case you must send back the goods not later than 14 days after you informed us about your will to withdraw the contract. The deadline is met, if you forward the goods within the period of 14 days. You bear the shipping costs of the returned goods.
You only have to pay for depreciation of the goods if this depreciation concerning the nature, quality or funcionality of the goods can be traced back to a non-necessary utilization by you.
